The Po lish Black-and-white drama “Ida” is the big winner of the 27th European Film Awards. The strictly composed, touching film about a novice was honored on Saturday night in Riga as the best European film. The director Pawel Pawlikowski work also received four awards, including for directing, cinematography and screenplay.
