“Hard but fair”: Joachim Herrmann expressed racist about Roberto Blanco – ZEIT ONLINE

The word “negro” is derogatory and racist. It is an insult that can be punished with a fine. For example, last year, when a court in Bavaria sentenced a pensioner for the use of the word to a fine of 1,800 euros.
