Haiti’s ex-dictator “Baby Doc” Duvalier is dead – STAR

D he former Haitian dictator Jean-Claude Duvalier is dead. The 63-year-old died of heart failure. Haitian President Michel Martelly confirmed the death on Saturday of the short message service Twitter. “Love and reconciliation must always overcome our internal quarrels. On that your soul rest in peace,” Martelly wrote about the man who is blamed for atrocities and the deaths of thousands of people. In spite of past “differences” Duvalier he described as “authentic son of Haiti.”
