Frankfurt – The City in Books fever
66th Book Fair evening was inaugurated in the Congress Center of Messe today. 8 honor guests spoke. Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier (58 SPD). MP Volker Bouffier (62, CDU). But the host country Finland has 400 Events on offer and plenty of exciting literature. President of Finland Sauli Niinistö (66): “The Finnish literature is like a story narrated in the light folk tale that brings the cheeks to glow and the imagination in motion!” And: “The Finnish literature provides intellectual inspiration and emotional comfort.”
