Had you expected that? It was feared at least, and prayed that it wouldn’t happen, but now George Michael has died. Another big loss in a year that ends as tragically as it began.

Peacefully asleep? This is supposed to be a joke, but a bad, or? With 53 you don’t sleep peacefully. At 53 you want to live! But it is said – George Michael was peacefully asleep. He wanted to record a new Album. He was seen in the summer in James Cordens Carpool Karaoke and had a fit. If you could have one wish, who would even want to interview, then you would have said: George Michael, I would like an interview. Because George Michael was so peaceful, casual, friendly, a full blood musician, who stands behind what he produces. Someone that likes to talk about his art, his profession. Would not just Promotion, but one that sold a bit of his heart’s blood.

George Michael, the man who managed to get even the toughest of men to the “Blues” on the dance floor, when “Careless Whisper” or “Praying For Time” was played, is now dead in England. Of all places for Christmas. This is then finished for a year almost, the began with David Bowie died.

“I’m not on you, girls”

Many people will now say: “George Michel has provided the Soundtrack of my life.” What we have says he was at the time in the eighties, when he joined with “Wham”, the Band he had founded with his school friend Andrew Ridgeley, smooth and bubimäßig on the stage. A Sonny boy, the made the women crazy while in it, everything screamed: “I’m but to you, girls, I love the Boys!” His Outing is a complicated process, especially because of the edict to him for years, and that it was not a good idea.

as It turned out, however, that this did not affect the musical and also the ravings of the women’s world: Songs like “Wake Me Up Before You Go Go”, “Last Christmas” and “I’m Your Man” went through the ceiling. On the one hand, from the beginning to the success, on the other, again and again, private scandals and health problems. Even the change to a solo artist he managed, apparently effortlessly.

As a Fan, it was not often of great concern to him – at the moment, but, to be honest. As it sits now, fat and nuts of all the Christmas food, the alcohol, the scattered gifts, the friends gone, and stupid any cell phone, is close by, on the one looks and the “Breaking News” reads: “George Michael is dead”. What exactly happened, we do not yet know.

What we know is that an pneumonia would have killed the Superstar back in 2011 in Vienna, almost. His tour he had to cancel at the time, and then the message would come, that he who came up with the beautiful name Georgios Kyriakos Panagiotou, the son of Greek-Cypriot and English parents in the Theater Borough of Finchley in 1963 (from 1965 to London belonging) to the world, would have died, then you would have believed it.

Allegedly, he had recovered, and he processed his experience in the Song “White Light”, 2012, saw him at the closing ceremony of the Olympic games in London. But then again, a shock: The singer “fell” from a moving car on the highway. What happened exactly has never been clarified properly. George Michael was always someone you could imagine everything: He was a Superstar, and on top of that someone who loved life to the Extreme. Michael had been repeatedly caught with the drug in the blood behind the wheel, had to give up his driver’s license, community service and in 2010, even eight weeks in jail. Nevertheless, he managed – for the external observer – always reasonably and without prejudice to get out of there.

Michael was a wonderful man, one who could bring others with his voice to weeping, and with this voice, so much feeling and strength of sound. Those who knew him say he was a dear, warm human being, a normal friend without the airs and graces. Elton John (with whom he “sang Don’t Let The Sun Go Down On Me”) says that he was destroyed on the ground, and the former Spice Girl, Geri Horner lose “a brother”, as the “DailyMail” she quotes. The people felt touched by it, especially if you had seen him in a concert, or to him personally were allowed to experience.

“It was almost bizarre”

After the big “Wham”-he experienced in the 90s, many personal misfortunes, particularly the death of his mother and his life’s companions rushed him into deep crises, as he admitted at the time: “So many people I loved, terrible things happened. It was almost bizarre.” His own biography on his website opened at least Michael with the iconic words: “we All know who George Michael is. Or at least you think you know it.” That you can’t get to know him better now, or at all, it will no longer hear that there will be no new music, put the music world in deep sorrow.

More like on the topic

Wherever he is now, he has hopefully found his “Freedom” and dances with the Super Models Linda Evangelista, Tatjana Patitz, Naomi Campbell, Christy Turlington, and Cindy Crawford to one of his greatest successes. He will now meet a lot of people who went this year also from us, in the sky, and they are the best Band in the world. George Michael you have been loved.
