Rudi gets 310.15 euros severance pay and allowed freedom. “Bye everybody!” He says, as he walks through the prison door. Marion come back the tears. “Why flennst now?” He asks.
Everyday life is more difficult than expected. He can not leave the lotto games, it thinks this is a waste of money. He smokes more, but he had announced to give it up for Marion. And he also drinks more than is good. After four weeks in freedom he feels lost and strange in the far north, where he now lives with Marion. “There was an incident,” she told. “Because he was drunk really real.” And he asked another woman for her phone number also. “If that happens again, then he must go,” Marion says angrily.
Three months after discharge Rudi has found a job, is available each morning at half past four on. Marion’s worried what their parents think of when they hear about Rudis past.
