Media: Moderate response to Illner evening – ABC Online

It was not a night for the new formats in TV: Both the Maybrit-Illner evening to German reunification on ZDF as well as the new RTL-magazine “Stern Crime” met with no positive response

. ZDF Talkerin Maybrit Illner has not found with the first of two planned theme nights this fall on Thursday the large TV audience.

Only 1.92 million viewers viewed from 20.15 clock for the discussion and reports around the topic “Are we a nation?”. The market share was 6.4 percent. On November 5, the second Illner evening to follow around the topic Hospital

Also, the launch of the new RTL-magazine “Stern Crime” ran excessively. 1.69 million viewers tuned in (7.8 percent) at 21.15 clock the mission one, in which it’s all about true crime. When younger audience 14 to 49 years, the market share was 9.8 percent. Whether it goes with the magazine, which also appears in print in TV, is still open.

The best thing was on Thursday for the ARD production “Weissensee”. The last two of the six parts of the historical series about an East Berlin family in Wendezeit saw 4.39 million (14.8 percent) and 4.64 million viewers (15.3 per cent). While this was slightly less than in the two previous, but it was enough on Thursday to easy victory.

At the same time came the RTL action series “Alarm für Cobra 11″ to 2.92 million viewers (9.8 percent ) and 2.67 million (9.2 per cent). The Europa League match between PAOK Saloniki and Borussia Dortmund (1: 1) came from 21.05 clock on Sport1 to 2.78 million viewers (10.4 per cent). On the Sat.1 crime series “Criminal Minds” accounted for 2.32 million (7.8 per cent) and 2.11 million viewers (7.2 percent).

ProSieben figurehead Palina Rojinski had with them satisfied the third edition of their show “The Big Surprise” with 1.04 million viewers (3.6 percent), which was still behind the RTL II Dokusoap “The culinary professionals” with 1.29 million (4.3 per cent).

In the course of the year is the last year’s winner, the ZDF, with 12.6 percent market share forward. The first comes to 11.5 percent. RTL is still the strongest commercial broadcaster, reaching 9.9 percent. Thereafter, Sat.1 and ProSieben come with 8.0 and 5.3 percent. Vox scored 5.0 per cent, RTL II and Kabel eins respectively 3.8 percent and Super RTL 1.7 percent market share.
